Tax and administrative court proceedings

We represent our Clients in the course of fiscal and administrative court proceedings. The services offered in this area include in particular:

- tax advisory services in relation to an initiated tax audit, fiscal control, or tax proceedings,
- drawing up any correspondence with fiscal authorities, including requests for the issuance of an individual interpretation of tax law provisions,
- drawing up appeals to higher fiscal authorities and complaints to be lodged with local administrative courts or the Supreme Administrative Court,
- representing the Client at all stages of ongoing proceedings in accordance with the powers of attorney granted,
- aiding the Client in the course of foreclosure proceedings in fiscal cases.
